If you can't find flange head bolts, you can use regular bolts a little bit longer with a flat washer and lock washer on them.

The mount-to-block bolts are 3/8" x 3/4" plus a lock washer. The frame mount bolts are 1.25" x 3/8" with a flat washer, lock washer and nut. The longs bolts

It turned out to be a Metric 10-1.50 threaded bolt and about 30mm-35mm long. I am not sure what blocks (year or make) came with Metric motor mount bolts, but I hope this becomes helpful to someone in the future. sounds about right. Most all chevy mounts use a 7/16" bolt on the motor mounts. The reason they may feel slopply is that the hole in the frame
